The O’Brien-Vrba Scholarship Trust offers students a $2,000 to $3,000 renewable scholarship for the 2017-2018 academic year to full time students. This scholarship opportunity is available to all full-time students with junior, senior, or graduate class standing and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants are required to have an annual family income of $100,000 (adjusted gross income) or less. Civic and community involvement and leadership will be considered. Applicants shall reside in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, or Michigan and shall come from rural areas of these states. LEARN MORE
While we remain hopeful the State will ultimately fund MAP we encourage all Loyola students, regardless of financial need, to engage with advocacy efforts. The student voice is imperative to all efforts in advocating for continued MAP funding. Currently, 2,323 Loyola students receive a MAP Grant. Among all undergraduates, 21 percent have been awarded a MAP Grant this year. Collectively, these MAP awards represent $10.3 million in student financial aid.
